HOMEMADE EXFOLIANTS

Hello everyone and welcome!


Unfortunately, we are living in a historical moment in which our face is suffering transformations and is adapted to the prolonged use of the face mask .


Have you ever noticed changes in your skin and don't recognize it anymore?

Or maybe the skin of your body became dull and has lost tone and brightness due to the stress and all the restrictions we are living...

Face and body needs to be nourished and cared in the best possible way and why not try to have some fun in your free time and prepare some delicious and amazing homemade scrubs?


Exfoliate is super important for your skin health, to remove dead cells and prevent dull skin, loss of tone, cellulite and imperfections.


Here are some super easy and quick recipes for you!:


HOME MADE EXFOLIANTS!

If you want to try creating some homemade scrubs, I leave you some quick and simple recipes!



OILY SKIN FACE SCRUB



  • 1/2 banana

  • 1 tablespoon of brown sugar


Mash the banana with a fork, add the brown sugar and mix. Apply on the face with circular movements, leave on for 10/15 minutes and rinse with warm water.










DRY SKIN FACE SCRUB:


  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil

  • 1 tablespoon of brown sugar

  • 1 tablespoon of creamy yogurt


Mix all the ingredients together until you create a homogeneous mixture. Apply on the face with circular movements, leave on for 10/15 minutes and rinse with warm water.





BODY SCRUB:


  • Coffee powder

  • Salt

  • Sugar cane

  • Olive, almond or coconut oil


Mix coffee powder, salt and sugar in a bowl, add the oil. Moisten the skin and apply the mixture with circular and gentle movements for a few minutes. Rinse with warm water.
